Saints Rugby Fitness Challenge

The Saints Fitness Challenge commenced in November 2009 with 20 players completing a weigh-in involving strength and anaerobic testing, and conducting an electronic scan to provide an individual Body Mass Index.

Players received dietary guidelines, training programs and have commenced exercising. The participant with the greatest overall improvements in muscle gain, fat loss and anaerobic fitness will be crowned the 2010 Challenge winner. An award will also be given to the man deemed the Fittest Saint alive!

The Challenge has progressed throughout summer with participants hard at work flexing their muscles for the past 8 weeks.

Huge thanks go to Club 2073 in Pymble and to Head Trainer Dominic Beinke for their amazing support to make this program possible.
