U8 Blue 9 tries v Killara West Pymble 0 tries
The boys have finished off the season with a sensational 9 try performance against Killara/West Pymble.
It was great to have Johan back and he certainly made up for the games he has missed with a strong game including a nice try.
The teams defence was solid all game and didn’t let their opponents in for 1 try despite them getting close at times.
Luke pulled off some copybook tackles and also was rewarded with a try.
We won a lot of ball from the rucks and mauls thanks to Harry W, Ethan, Jack and Harry A driving forward all game.
All our tries came from the whole team defending well and putting pressure on the opposition all game.
Pat, Kalani, Kevin and Rhys all crossed for tries and Rory picked up 3.
It is so rewarding to have watched them come into their first year of full contact rugby and pick it up the way they all have.
I am so proud of the boys for the way in which they have conducted themselves both on and off the field this year and they have been
a pleasure to coach.
