Rego Instructions Senior Players

Registrations for St Ives Senior Rugby Club are completed on Rugby Xplorer. 

Here are some instructions to follow:

Step 1: DOWNLOAD the Rugby Xplorer App from your phones app store or follow this website link:

Step 2: Create a new login or login to an account using your email address or My Rugby ID 

Step 3: Select REGISTER from the side menu on the website, or the “More” option on the bottom right of the app.

Step 4: On the “Play Rugby” Screen click on “Find a club”

Step 5: Select yourself or the person you want to register – Click “Next”

Step 6: On the “Which club would you like to register to?” page search for, and select “St Ives Senior Rugby Club Inc” – (be careful as "St Ives Junior Rugby Club" is also provided an option…) – Click “Next”

Step 7: On the “Registration type” page select the Role as “Player”, Registration Type as “XVs Rugby & Suburban"  and  under Duration select  “Season”. 

A page displaying current personal details will be provided – you will have a chance to update these later – Click “Next”

Step 8: Upload the photo of yourself on the “Profile Photo” page – Click “Next”

Check, amend or add personal details as required. NB: For the option “Make my name private on publicly displayed match centres” select “NO”.

Step 9: Add or amend any information on the "Additional details" page - Click "Next"

Step 10: Add an emergency contact or check existing details on the “Emergency contact details” page Click “Next” 

Step 11: Answer the questions on the "Additional Questions" page - Click Next 

Step  12:  On the “Add Saleable Items Page”- add a club donation if you would like to, or skip if you don't want to  – Click “Next”

Step 13:  On the “Registration Summary” page click on “Add entity discount" if you've been given a discount code and add details. Agree to terms and continue to the payment portal.
