New Player Incentive Scheme (Deal 1)
This scheme is designed to reward existing members for successfully recruiting new players to the club for the 2026 season.
Eligibility & Prize Details
Reward: A single $50 Club Bar Voucher will be awarded for each eligible new player successfully recruited.
Example: Recruiting 10 eligible new players will result in 10 separate $50 vouchers ($500 total value).
Recruiter Eligibility: Only fully registered players or affiliated members of the club for the 2026 season are eligible to claim this incentive.
New Player Definition: A "New Player" is defined as an individual who was not registered and did not play for the club in the preceding 2025 season.
Eligible Teams: This incentive applies to new players registering for the Colts, Senior Women's, and Senior Men's teams. It does not apply to affiliate or sociual memberships.Â
Claiming Process
The recruited New Player must complete their official club registration and payment for the 2026 season.
The Recruiter must send an email to the club Secretary explicitly confirming the name(s) of the new member(s) who they recruited.Â
The Recruiter must be a fully registered player or affiliated member of the club for the 2026 season at the time of claiming the voucher.
Vouchers will be issued once the new player’s registration is verified and payment is received by the club.
All claims are subject to final approval by the Club Committee, whose decision is final.
Early Bird EOI and Registration Deal Terms and ConditionsÂ
2. Early Bird EOI and Registration Deal (Deal 2)Â
This scheme is designed to encourage a timely commitment from all players registering for the 2026 season.
Eligibility & Prize Details
Reward: A single $50 Club Bar Voucher will be awarded per eligible player.
Eligibility: This scheme is eligible for ANY player (both new and returning), and any affiliated member who registers for the club in the 2026 season and meets the required deadlines below.
Registration Requirements & Deadline
To qualify for the $50 voucher, the eligible player must meet both of the following deadlines:
Expression of Interest (EOI) Deadline: The player or affiliated member must register their official Expression of Interest (EOI) for the 2026 season on or before 11:59 PM, December 15, 2025.
Full Registration & Payment Deadline: Once official registrations open, the player must complete their full registration and full payment of their club fees for the 2026 season on or before 11:59 PM, February 15, 2026.
General Conditions
Failure to meet either deadline will result in the forfeiture of the incentive.
Vouchers will be issued following verification of the player's full registration and payment after the February 15th deadline.
The club reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of this scheme at any time.
🍻 Voucher Value and Usage Details
To clarify the redemption value of the $50 Club Bar Voucher issued under both the New Player Incentive Scheme (Deal 1) and the Early Bird Deal (Deal 2) and as issued to each Registered Associate / Social Member:
Value: Each $50 Club Bar Voucher is redeemable for either:
Eight (8) standard alcoholic beverages, as determined by the Senior Club Bar's standard list (e.g., standard can of beer, cider, or wine).
Sixteen (16) standard soft drinks (e.g., standard can of soft drinks or bottled juice/water options).
Redemption: Vouchers must be presented and redeemed at the St Ives Senior Club Bar only.
Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Surplus/Change: If a purchase made with the voucher does not utilize the full value (e.g., the order is less than 8 alcoholic drinks), no cash change or credit will be given for the unused portion.
Expiry: Vouchers are valid for use during the 2026 club season only and will expire on the date of the final senior home game in 2026.
2026 Associate & Social Membership: Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Period
The 2026 Membership period runs from the date of payment until the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM). All "Upgrade" donations must be completed by August 1, 2026, to guarantee eligibility for Bronze or Gold tier benefits.
2. Bar & Canteen Vouchers
The $50 Club Bar Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Vouchers are valid for use only at the St Ives Seniors bar and canteen during the 2026 regular season and finals.
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced by the Club.

3. Anniversary Merchandise (Caps & Jerseys)
Bronze Members are entitled to one (1) Limited Edition 70th Anniversary Cap.
Gold Members are entitled to one (1) Limited Edition 70th Anniversary Cap and one (1) Commemorative Classic Rugby Jersey.
Gear is subject to size availability. Members are encouraged to finalize their status early to ensure their preferred jersey size is in stock.
Items are for personal use by the member and are not for commercial resale.
4. Gold Status via Volunteering
To achieve Gold status through "Sweat Equity," a member must complete a minimum of 15 documented hours of service to the Club.
Eligible activities include, but are not limited to: Coaching, Refereeing, Canteen/Bar shifts, Ground Marshalling, Committee work, and Event Setup.
Hours must be logged with and verified by the Club Secretary or a designated Committee member.
5. Committee Bestowment & Discretion
The St Ives Senior Rugby Club Committee reserves the right to bestow Gold Membership upon any individual who, in the Committee’s sole opinion, has provided "Exceptional Value" to the club through volunteering, or other support regardless of whether the 15-hour threshold has been met.
All decisions regarding bestowment are final and at the absolute discretion of the Committee.
6. Voting Rights
Only financial associate/social members (Blue, Bronze, or Gold) and registered players in good standing are entitled to voting rights at the St Ives Senior Rugby Club Inc. AGM, in accordance with the Club’s Constitution.
7. Upgrades & Refunds
Members may upgrade their tier at any time by paying the difference in donation amounts.Â
Membership fees and additional donations are non-refundable once the member has accessed benefits (e.g., used the bar voucher or received merchandise).
St Ives Senior Rugby Club – Community Business Directory Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose of the Directory The Saints Directory is provided as a community service to foster connections between current players, associate members, social members, and supporters of the St Ives Senior Rugby Club (the "Club"). The Directory is intended for informational and networking purposes only.
2. Eligibility and Right of Refusal Submission to the Directory is a privilege extended to individuals actively affiliated with the Club. The Club’s committee reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to:
Refuse any business submission for any reason.
Remove any active listing at any time without prior notice.
Limit the number of listings per member or category. Listings that conflict with club values, compete with primary club sponsors, or belong to individuals no longer in good standing with the Club may be removed.
3. No Endorsement or Guarantee The presence of a business, service, or product in this Directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by the St Ives Senior Rugby Club, its committee, or its affiliates. The Club acts solely as a passive conduit for publishing member-provided information.
4. Limitation of Liability The Club assumes no liability for any transactions, disputes, or interactions that occur as a result of using this Directory. Any contract for goods or services is strictly between the consumer and the listed business. By using this Directory, both the consumer and the business owner agree to indemnify and hold harmless the St Ives Senior Rugby Club, its officers, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or losses arising from such transactions.
5. Accuracy of Information and Content Standards The business owner submitting the listing is entirely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and copyright compliance of all text, logos, and images provided.
Listings must not contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Business owners must ensure they have the legal right to use any uploaded images or branding.
It is the responsibility of the business owner to notify the Club if their contact details or business offerings change.
6. Agreement to Terms By submitting a listing via the intake form, or by utilizing the services of a business listed in this Directory, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
